The Balzebù Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI has a clear dark colour due to its long maturation in a cask and a penetrating smell with a pleasant sour taste. This product comes in two versions: one with an elegant package that includes a practical pourer stopper made of cork and blown glass, and one with a cork stopper and a silicone pourer stopper, without case.
