Ingredients:
Leeks
Cooked ham
Cheese
Cut the leeks into 4 parts lengthwise. Boil in water for a few minutes. Drain and dry. Lay them out on a flat surface and place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on each side of the leek. Roll into a ring and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 180° for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with a round of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Invecchiato NeroModena - Tondo.
