Ingredients: 
Agretti
Eggs
Speck
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Salt
Crema Gusto Tartufo NeroModena - Tasto 

Boil the agretti, drain and sauté in a pan with a knob of butter. Roll the agretti into a nest, place an egg in each nest, cover with a lid and cook the egg.
Brown the bacon.
Serve the agretti and egg nests with the browned speck, parmesan shavings and drops of Crema Gusto Tartufo NeroModena - Tasto.
