Ingredients: 
200 grams Savoy cabbage
100 grams julienne-cut carrots
20 grams sultanas
Walnuts
Melagro Agrodolce alla Mela - TASTO
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cut the Savoy cabbage into strips and place in a bowl with the carrots.
Season with sultanas soaked in lukewarm water, a dozen walnut kernels and a vinaigrette prepared by blending 60 grams oil, 2 tablespoons Melagro Agrodolce alla Mela - TASTO, salt and pepper.
Place the cabbage on a serving plate, add the remaining ingredients and complete with the vinaigrette.
