As part of our mission, we are committed to creating the Tondo Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI by following traditional excellence criteria. Environmental protection is important to us, so we passionately create this product range with grapes from organic agriculture, as we believe that we can increase its production so as to give our contribution, however small, to the protection of our natural heritage.

The quality map drawn by NeroModena identifies the different qualities of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.
NeroModena srl has been awarded the “Superior” grade for its compliance with the International Food Standard (IFS), and the “AA” grade for its compliance with the Global Standard for Food Safety (BRC). Neromodena srl produces PGI-certified Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, organic products in compliance with EU Regulation 834/200 and JAS-certified organic products (Japanese market).
