We are a production chain company. The entire production cycle of balsamic vinegar is based here, in the 13 hectares of our vineyard where picking is done strictly by hand, must is cooked over direct heat and ageing takes place in barrels as tradition dictates.
Our products are born and take shape among the rows of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of our company in the Modenese countryside, the chosen place for the production of authentic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. An ancient flavour, which relives in a new shape, in tune with contemporary culinary trends, without losing its authenticity.
