The TASTO line offers a wide choice of products ranging from high-density Vinegar of Modena in its various stages of ageing, to more contemporary interpretations of this traditional product such as Le Perle, which contain Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, or frostings.
Tasto is born in the Modenese countryside. Grapes are picked by hand and the production method follows traditional procedures. Vinegar is aged in more than five thousand barrels of various capacities and types of wood.
